Saving your custom prize wheels ensures you can return to them anytime— whether you are running a classroom activity, hosting a recurring event, or simply building a collection of unique wheels for different occasions. The Random Prize Wheel platform makes saving and loading fast, intuitive, and safe across all your devices.
This guide walks through the entire process of saving a wheel, accessing your saved wheels, renaming them, and reloading them later whenever you need them.
Once you’ve designed your wheel—whether it's simple or highly customized— you can save it using the Save button located in the Customize Wheel panel.
After saving, your wheel becomes available in the My Wheels menu for quick access.
When you save a wheel, the system securely stores all of its properties:
Wheels are saved directly to your user account, meaning they sync across devices as long as you sign in with the same login.
To load a previously created wheel, open the My Wheels dropdown located in the header. Every wheel you’ve saved appears in a neatly listed menu.
Simply click the name of the wheel you want, and it instantly loads into the main view. All colors, images, weights, and panel configurations appear exactly as you last saved them.
If you want to change the name of a saved wheel, open the My Wheels menu and select the desired wheel. Then, click the small pencil icon next to the wheel's name. Enter the new name, and your wheel is immediately updated.
Renaming is especially helpful when repurposing old wheels into new themes.
To delete a wheel permanently, open the My Wheels menu and click the delete button for that wheel. A confirmation popup ensures you don’t accidentally remove a wheel you want to keep.
Deleted wheels cannot be recovered, so confirm carefully before proceeding.
If you love your wheel but want to make variations of it, simply load the wheel from the My Wheels menu and then make the desired changes. When finished, you can save the wheel with a new name and the original wheel will be preserved.
This is ideal for creating seasonal versions, alternate prize layouts, or multiple classroom task wheels.
If you are using multi-wheel mode, you can save the entire layout— including wheel positions, sizes, and the wheels themselves.
Multi-wheel layouts appear in their own section in the My Wheels menu for easy loading.
Following these tips will help you keep your wheel library clean, organized, and ready whenever you need it.
